The Millennial Stay-At-Home Mom
Welcome to my little corner of the internet!
My name is Kermilia and I’m 26 years young hailing from sweet home Alabama. I received my Bachelor’s Degree from the BEST school in the South (don’t debate me on this) Auburn University.
I worked as a social worker for therapeutic foster children for two years and I am now a stay at home wife and mommy.
While at Auburn, I met my the love of my life, JaMichael.
In 2015, while we were in Tampa, FL on a family vacay, JaMichael got on one knee and proposed!!
Fun Fact: We got married 30 days after we were engaged!
First Comes Love, Then Comes Marriage, Then...
On July 13, 2016, we became 3 and welcomed our sweet baby boy Judah into the world.
Enough about me, Why TheMillennialsahm.com?
Trust me, I know how difficult it can be trying to navigate through this journey called motherhood.
The transition from working full time to becoming a stay-at-home mom has been filled with many challenges, but it has been so rewarding and fulling.
My motivation for starting this blog is to give myself a place to share my struggles, my interests, my thoughts and my experiences as a young wife and stay at home mom.
It’s my desire for each individual that comes across my blog to be moved by my honesty, inspired by my faith, and considerate of my transparency.
