4 Ingredient Cake Mix Christmas Cookies
Get into the Christmas Spirit with these insanely easy cake mix Christmas cookies that your family is sure to love!
Servings: 2 dozen cookies
Ingredients
- 1 Box Cake Mix of your choice
- 2 Large Eggs Room Temperature
- 3/4 Cup Butter Melted
- 1 Cup M&M's
- 1/2 Cup M&M's For Topping
Instructions
- Pre-Heat The Oven to 325 degrees and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper (foil also does the trick)
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, and melted butter until you get a smooth but sticky texture.
- Stir in the M&M's to the mixture, but be careful not to crush the M&M's
- On a lined baking sheet, scoop the dough out into little balls. An ice cream scoop works perfectly for this.
- Bake each batch for 9-12mins. Allow them to cool on the baking sheet for 3 minutes and then place them on a cooling rack until fully cooled (about 5 minutes).
Notes
Yields about 2 dozen cookies depending on the size of the balls of dough.
I made my cookies a bit bigger and got about 16 total.
