Today, The Millennial SAHM turns 9 🥳 When I start Today, The Millennial SAHM turns 9 🥳

When I started The Millennial SAHM, I never imagined the impact it would have on my life. What began as a simple place to share my motherhood journey has grown into a community that has carried me through so many seasons of life.

Looking back, I’m overwhelmed by the ways God has graced this platform. He has provided me with so many amazing opportunities, and opened doors that I never could have imagined.

Thank you for being part of this story for the last nine years. Every recipe you’ve tried, every message you’ve sent, every post you’ve read, and every moment you’ve shared with me along the way has meant more than you’ll ever know.

Cheer to 9 years and to the beautiful journey ahead 🥂🤍
#ad Family Game Nights + Fun Science Concepts?! Ye #ad Family Game Nights + Fun Science Concepts?! Yes Please 🐿️ #MooseGamesPartner

We have been absolutely loving playing Squirrel Dash by Mark Rober!

The goal is to store acorns and walnuts inside Fort Knuts and that’s where the science comes in! As Fort Knuts fills, you’re building potential energy. Once it’s full, gravity (or Fat Tail 🐁) causes the nuts to spill, transforming potential energy into kinetic energy, triggering a chain reaction.

The basketball then races down the track, possibly knocking your squirrel off course. The first player to get 11 points wins!!

Squirrel Dash is quick to learn, easy to set up, and full of twists and turns! I highly recommend adding it to your family game night lineup!

Be sure to grab #SquirrelDash at your local Target, Walmart, or you can order it from Amazon!

Slowly finding my style as a school counselor (don Slowly finding my style as a school counselor (don’t worry, the room is coming together 😉)
Back to school looks a little different for us all Back to school looks a little different for us all this year 🥹

Nine years ago, I started The Millennial SAHM during one of the most transformative seasons of my life.

I was in the thick of postpartum depression, what felt like endless diaper changes, and ultimatly learning how to navigate life as a sahm. What began as a creative outlet quickly became so much more. It became a community. A place where I could share the beautiful, messy reality of motherhood and connect with women walking through similar seasons.

As we approach the 9th anniversary of TMSAHM, I’m finally ready to share something that feels both exciting, yet super emotional: The Millennial SAHM is going back to work 🥹

This Fall, I’ll be stepping into a new role as a school counselor 🙌🏽

To be honest, it still feels surreal. For years, being a stay-at-home mom wasn’t just what I did, but it was who I was. If you know me, you know I took it SO seriously! It shaped me, stretched me, and gave me purpose during some of the most pivitol years of my life. I poured my heart into raising my babies, creating a home, and building this community alongside all of you. And while those things will always be a part of me, I’ve come to realize that God often calls us into new seasons not because the last season wasn’t good, but because He’s still writing our story.

If you’re an OG reader of the blog, then you know, The Millennial SAHM has never just been about staying home. It’s always been about navigating motherhood, joyfully embracing each season, and finding purpose right where we are.

So while my days may soon look a little different, this space isn’t going anywhere. If anything, I hope it becomes an even more honest reflection of what it looks like to balance motherhood, faith, purpose, career, and family life.

So thank you for being here and for giving me the space to evolve over these last nine years.

As I step into this new chapter, I hope you’ll follow along as we discover what this next season holds together 🤍

Drinking water is important, but being hydrated is Drinking water is important, but being hydrated is the goal. #LMNTPartner

As a busy mom, I’ve been reaching for @drinklmnt to help replenish electrolytes, support hydration, and maintain steady energy throughout the day. Now I continue to do all.of.the.things WITHOUT the dreaded afternoon crash!

What I love about LMNT is that it’s zero sugar and has a balanced electrolyte blend (1,000 mg sodium, 200 mg potassium, and 60 mg magnesium) all in one convenient stick pack.

It’s one small change that has helped me feel more prepared for the constant demands of mom life. #StaySalty #SaveTheWaterBottles

*No water bottles were harmed during the production of this video 😜
