Spicy Sausage & Cheese Charcuterie Board
I’m a firm believer that no matter the occasion, you cannot go wrong with a charcuterie board. Charcuterie boards are typically a hit with any crowd and the big game is no exception!
To make this simple spicy sausage and cheese charcuterie board you need the following:
Cheddar & Gouda Cheese Cubes
Strawberries
Grapes
Pistachios
Crackers

Crushed Garlic Guacamole and Chips
Last but certainly not least is a crowd favorite: fresh guacamole and chips! Since guacamole is such a simple and quick recipe to whip up, it’s the perfect game day starter for your guests.
I love using Dorot Gardens Crushed Garlic when I prepare fresh guacamole. It makes the process so simple and seamless since it’s already pre-portioned and no chopping or peeling is necessary (aka no garlic smelling hands for the win!).
To make this crushed garlic guacamole you need:
2-3 Avocados (depending on how much you need to prepare)
¼ Cup finely chopped fresh Cilantro
Lime juice (I typically use half a lime)
Diced tomatoes (optional)
Salt & Pepper (until you achieve desired taste)
1-2 Dorot Garden Cubes
Mash your avocados until you achieve your desired consistency. My hubby likes his guacamole chunky so not much mashing is necessary, but this recipe is still absolutely delicious if you prefer a smoother consistency.
Next, add in the rest of your ingredients, including 1-2 dorot garden cubes, and combine until everything is mixed well.
Add your favorite tortillas and you have fresh guacamole and chips ready for your guests in no time.
