Breaking Through A Weight Loss Plateau is a mini blog series that will document my journey to getting back on track with my fitness goals and was created in partnership with “ Always Eat After 7 PM: The Revolutionary Rule-Breaking Diet That Lets You Enjoy Huge Dinners, Desserts, and Indulgent Snacks—While Burning Fat Overnight by Joel Marion. Can you believe that we’ve already reached the end of this series?? Before I get into the details of my progress so far, I want to give a bit of a recap.

“Always Eat After 7 pm is a three-phase program that teaches you how to lose big by strategically eating big when you are naturally hungriest—in the evening. Trust me, I was skeptical at first, but I can attest that it is indeed true and the program works. The Always Eat After 7 PM plan consists of: The 14-day Acceleration Phase to kick-start the program and see rapid results, The Main Phase where you’ll learn exactly which foods to eat when in order to achieve your weight-loss goals, The Lifestyle Phase to keep the weight off for good. 

I’m currently in the main phase and slowly working my way into the lifestyle phase of the plan. It took me a while to let go of my old ways and ideologies about what and when to eat, but I’ve finally hit my stride – and so far, so good! For now, my plan is to continue to stick with the program and to try more of the delicious recipes provided in the book. 

I must say, I’m pretty optimistic about my results from following the “Always Eat After 7PM” book and diet. I’ve finally broken a weight-loss plateau that I had been struggling with for the past three months and I am no longer starving in between meals. More importantly, I feel good about the food choices that I’m making and the new lifestyle that I’ve adopted since starting this program.
