There are a ton of Carrot Juice Benefits and this easy Carrot Juice Recipe is perfect for beginners and is packed with carrots, turmeric, and more!

This Carrot Juice Recipe is so delicious and is the newest recipe in my brand new Juice With Me series! If you haven’t checked out last weeks green juice recipe, you definitely should.

This carrot juice is easily one of my favorite juice recipes that we’ve created. It has a delicious tropical flavor but is packed with immune boosting goodness!

There are a ton of carrot juice recipes out there but I guarantee you that this one will be your new favorite!

Before you jump into juicing, you want to be sure that you have a high-quality, cold-press juicer. I know there are ways that you can make green juice in the blender, but I personally don’t recommend it. Don’t get me wrong, I’m all for smoothies and such, but I don’t believe you can get the same quality in a blender.

Why Carrot Juice?

There are so many carrot juice benefits and when my hubby and I got into juicing a few years ago, carrot juice naturally became the second recipe that we focused on mastering. We only really eat roasted carrots or baby carrots with hummus or something. However, we don’t eat them very often so this carrot juice is our way to get in all the nutrients that we’re not getting on a regular basis.

Next to our green juice recipe, this carrot juice is easily one of the most nutrient-dense juice recipes that we’ve made.

Not only is this juice absolutely delicious, but it packs a punch of vitamins and nutrients like B6, vitamin A, calcium, potassium, Vitamin C, folate, magnesium, Vitamin K, and more!

What’s In This Carrot Juice Recipe?

As I stated earlier, this juice is BIG on flavor. It’s a tropical mix with a hint of spice that is absolutely delicious.

The fruits and vegetables in this recipe are carrots, pineapple, lemon, turmeric, and ginger.

Thats right, only 5 ingredients!

I’m so excited about this new Juice With Me Series! You can expect a brand-new juice recipe every week so stay tuned.

Happy Juicing!
