Before we get into how to make these delicious bowls, I should mention that if you haven’t tried my Cinnamon Honey glazed air fryer sweet potato bites, you definitely should check them out.

Before we get into how to air fry the salmon, I have to tell you guys about these delicious Roland® Organic Soba Noodles. They’re made with a blend of organic wheat flour, buckwheat flour, and buckwheat shell flour. They cook quickly and are incredibly versatile.

Making the Soba Noodles is super easy, you simply place the noodles in boiling water and stir. Once the water returns to a boil, turn the heat to low and cook for about 3-4 minutes or until tender. Drain and rinse thoroughly with cold water and set aside.

To make the salmon, take 1-2 Salmon Filets and season generously before brushing your teriyaki sauce onto the top of your salmon. You could also marinate your filets for at least 15mins for a richer flavor. Once you are ready to cook, place your salmon fillets into the air fryer skin down. I also like to spray the salmon with a little olive oil non-stick spray for a crispier texture.

Once your salmon is done cooking, it’s time to assemble your bowls.

In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, and crushed smokey serrano-infused almonds from RECIPE 33. Pour the mixture over your noodles, toss to ensure they are coated well, and divide them into bowls.

If you haven’t heard of RECIPE 33 infused almonds, I am so excited that I get to introduce them to you. They come in so many delicious flavors like Black Truffle, Cinnamon Vanilla, and Garlic Dill to name a few! Not to mention, they are made with real ingredients and free from any unnecessary additives or flavors.

If you’ve been a long-time reader then you know how much I love 5 ingredient or less recipes. So you could imagine my excitement when I learned that each infused flavor that RECIPE 33 offers has five ingredients or less!

Their serrano-infused almonds are the perfect addition to these Teryaki Salmon Soba Noodle Bowls because they add the perfect amount of spice to this dish!
