With cooler weather officially here, it’s the perfect time to whip up those warm, hearty meals that our families all know and love. You guys know how much I love easy recipes so I’ve been using my Instant Pot a lot and whipping up this delicious Instant Pot Spaghetti every chance I got.

I have to wran you, this isn’t your typical spaghetti recipe. This is Cheesy Ranch Spaghetti with Meatballs, made completely in the Instant pot! I don’t know about you guys but Spaghetti night is pretty serious in our home and if your family enjoys spaghetti as much as I do, then it’s probably safe to say that you need this recipe in your life!

Before we get into the recipe though, I want to be transparent with you guys. As much as I love spaghetti night, I absolutely LOATHE the amount of dishes that usually come with it. So in addition to consolidating the entire dish into one pot, I’ve also made it a tradition to use Dixie® paper plates made by Georgia-Pacific every time we have a hearty, meal like spaghetti.

It’s no secret that I LOVE Georgia-Pacific and use many of their household brands on a daily basis. Back when I had the pleasure of touring the Georgia-Pacific Alabama River Cellulose Mill I got to pull back the curtain and peek behind the scenes of their manufacturing process.

So it’s only right that I highlight Georgia-Pacific’s dedication to continuous improvement in honor of National Manufacturing Month this October. Georgia-Pacific’s efforts are unmatched as they manufacture our everyday essential household products such as toilet paper, shipping boxes, and of course, my beloved Dixie® Paper plates.

National Manufacturing Month started out as National Manufacturing Day in 2012 and was celebrated every year on the first Friday in October. The primary purpose of National Manufacturing Month is to highlight the amazing manufacturers in America and their commitment to producing the countless goods and products we use each and every day.

As the leading manufacturer of paper-based packaging, cellulose, paper-based products, and other related chemicals, Georgia-Pacific continues to dedicate themselves to creating essential household products and strengthening America’s workforce by providing over 80,000 jobs.

Since spending more and more time at home, I have definitely purchased my fair share of essential household items, but I have to say, paper plates have been a product that I’ve purchased more now than I did before. Dixie® paper plates are strong, durable, and they all start from good ole pulp.

The pulp is then converted to paperboard. To create the paperboard, the water is sucked out of the pulp and the leftover fibers are strategically arranged, pressed, and rolled together. Many layers of paper and starch are then rolled together and topped with a strong clay coating and sent to the printing press.

The printing press is where the cute designs and even more layers of coating are added to the rolls of paperboard. The rolls are then taken to the forming press where they are unrolled, flattened, and pressed into the sturdy, soak-proof plates we all know and love. Finally they are bagged and packaged to be shipped to your favorite retailers.

I had no idea just how much goes into making Dixie® Paper plates but I’m so grateful for Georgia-Pacific’s devoted workforce and all of their hard work manufacturing essential household products we use each and every day. Between working from home, homeschool, and motherhood, incorporating paper plates into my routine has been the perfect way to cut myself a little slack. Next, break your spaghetti in half and add it on top of your meatballs. Next pour in your chicken broth, spaghetti sauce, seasonings (minus the ranch), and spices, and set your Instant Pot to cook on manual for 10 minutes.

Once done, do a slow release, remove the top, and let the spaghetti sit for 5 minutes.

Next, add in your cheddar cheese and ranch seasoning and stir until cheese is melted and mixed well.

Next, grab your Dixie® paper plates, scoop a generous amount of your delicious, cheesy ranch spaghetti onto the plate, sprinkle some parmesan cheese on top, and enjoy!

Yup, it’s really that easy, and it doesn’t require a ton of cleanup in the kitchen once you and your family are done eating!

Typically while the spaghetti is cooking, I prepare a few slices of garlic bread, whip up a quick side salad, and voila!
