Mighty Sesame Organic Tahini
Let me just go ahead and let you guys know that this is officially my new favorite salad dressing. I was blown away by how much flavor was packed into the Mighty Sesame Organic Tahini. Not only is it, gluten free, non-GMO, but it is AMAZING on salads and is a great way to add a little bit of flavor to your favorite dips and spreads.
The Mighty Sesame Company also has a Harissa Tahini which is perfect if you like your food with a little extra spice! I’m not personally a big fan of spice but my husband is and he absolutely loves the Mighty Sesame Harissa Tahini. Lately he’s been adding it to hummus and snacking on veggies.

Ready To Serve Rice from Minute Rice
This Ready To Serve Rice from Minute Rice has been my saving grace when I want something quick and healthy. Thanks to my Summer Eats box I was able to try the Jasmine Rice and the Brown Rice and Quinoa.
I love that they are perfectly portioned and can go with literally any dish. I’ve enjoyed salmon and chicken with my Minute Ready Serve cups and sometimes I enjoy the rice directly from the cup.
