Easter Bible Verses are the perfect way to learn about and truly appreciate the importance of the Resurrection.

Don’t get me wrong, I love all the extra family activities that come with this season! Making Easter baskets, rehearsing Easter speeches, and planning Easter egg hunts are so much fun! Besides, who isn’t looking forward to a good home-cooked Easter dinner!

However, in the midst of these seasonal activities, it’s easy to forget the true meaning of what Christ did for us when He died on the cross for our sins!

These Bible verses make it easy to meditate on God’s goodness in how He sent His only, begotten son to die for our sins and how He raised Him from the dead in three days. Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in me, though he die, yet shall he live, and everyone who lives and believes in me shall never die. Do you believe this?” – John 11:25-26

And he said to them, “Do not be alarmed. You seek Jesus of Nazareth, who was crucified. He has risen; he is not here. See the place where they laid him. – Mark 16:6

Baptism, which corresponds to this, now saves you, not as a removal of dirt from the body but as an appeal to God for a good conscience, through the resurrection of Jesus Christ. – 1 Peter 3:21
