Welcome to the second installment in my Beat The Cravings blog series! I’m so excited to share different ways that you can continue to enjoy delicious food (and drinks!) without all the guilt!

If you’re new to my Beat The Cravings blog series, be sure to check out part I first to check out my favorite grab & go healthy snacks.

I’ll be the first to admit that I love a good sugary beverage. Soda, Slushies, you name it! That said, sugary drinks are the easiest way to get off track with your fitness and health goals.

However, there are a ton of different beverages out there that you can enjoy without the guilt (and without the bloat!).

Whether it’s sugar-free, low carb, or a high protein drink, there are a ton of ‘healthy’ beverages out there. So I’ve created a round-up of a few of my favorite healthy, grab & go beverages below.

Before we get to the list though, I have to give a major shout-out to NewAir for gifting me a Newair Premiere Line Fridge!

I love that I can pick my desired temperature using the digital thermostat. Not to mention, the SplitShelf Design and Adjustable Shelves make it easy to fit all of my favorite healthy beverages inside!

It’s the perfect addition to my office space and I love having a dedicated space for all of my grab & go beverages!

Now, on to the list…

Naked Juices

Naked Juices by Nature’s Path are my new go-to beverages in the morning. As someone who used to love a large glass of OJ in the morning, these are the perfect replacement. Naked Juices are 100% juices and smoothies and contain no added sugar! Grab the variety pack here!

Quest Protein Shakes

Quest Protein Shakes are ready to drink and packed with protein- 30g to be exact! They come in three different flavors, are gluten-free, and each shake is naturally flavored with only 1 gram of sugar per shake. You can get your hands on a 12ct pack of Quest Protein shakes here.

Sparkling Ice

Sparkling Ice Sparkling Water is one of my guilty pleasures! Every flavor is absolutely delicious and best of all, contains absolutely ZERO sugar. They are filled with added vitamins and antioxidants and you can make a MEAN low cal/low carb cocktail with them. Grab a variety pack of Sparkling Ice here.

Atkins Protein Shakes

Atkins Protein Shakes are another one of my favorite protein shakes. They come in a variety of delicious flavors but my favorites are the Chocolate and Mocha Latte flavors. They don’t have as much protein as Quest Shakes, but they are keto-friendly and gluten-free. You can check them out here.

Vital Performance Recovery Drinks

The Vital Performance Recovery drinks by Vital Proteins are one of my favorite things to have after a workout. They contain 8g of all 9 Essential Amino Acids (EAAs), 20g Collagen Peptides, and 5g of Branched-Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs). They come in three flavors and contain no dairy, gluten, soy, or artificial sweeteners. Try the Vital Performance Recovery Drinks here.

Gatorade Zero

Last and certainly not least is Gatorade Zero. Gatorade Zero is sugar-free yet contains the same hydrating benefits of the classic Gatorade Thirst Quencher. They come in four different flavors but I’m obsessed with the Berry and Glacier Cherry flavors. Grab a Gatorade Zero variety pack here.

There you have it!

My favorite grab & go healthy beverages to help you beat the cravings and stay on track!

Stay tuned for the next two installments in my Beat The Cravings series! They’re all about delicious, cool treats that you can enjoy to beat the heat without sacrificing your health goals!
