The Best Gifts For Kids 10 and Under

This post is sponsored by Babbleboxx.

The holidays are right around the corner and if you’re anything like me, you may still have some shopping to do. I personally love giving my kiddos unique, yet practical gifts that they can enjoy well into the new year. So if you’re looking for some last-minute gift ideas or stocking stuffers for your kids keep reading to learn more about a few of my favorites.

Clixo

This is hands down one of my boy’s new favorite toys! They play and create new, imaginative 3D creations for hours at a time! If you haven’t heard of Clixo, you and your little ones are in for a treat! The pieces are made of a light, flexible design that snaps together thanks to magnets on the ends of each piece.

It encourages creativity and the possibilities are endless. My boys have built jewelry, animals, and crowns while finding new places to stick their creations. Needless to say, having 3D art on the fridge is a new, yet very welcomed experience!

To check out this amazing STEM-approved toy for yourself, head over to www.clixo.com and use code CLIXOBBX20 for a special discount!

Real Littles

If Real Littles were around when I was growing up, I would have easily been obsessed! Real Littles are the perfect gift for kids that love miniature replicas of everyday, familiar people, places, and things. The Real Littles Cutie Carriers, Real Littles Journals, and Real Littles Backpacks are tiny but packed with a ton of fun accessories!

From tiny Puppy Carriers that actually work, journals complete with lock and key, and real mini stationary, it’s a ton of fun and you can collect them all! Real Littles would make the perfect stocking stuffers and you can check them out here.

Candlewick Press

A timeless holiday tradition is to read a holiday book with family in front of the tree and thanks to Candlewick Press, I’ve got the perfect holiday picture book to share with you guys this year! A very Mercy Christmas was written by Katie DiCamillo and illustrated by Chris Van Dusen and is such a sweet, heartwarming story.

If you or your kids have read the best-selling Mercy Watson book series, you would absolutely love A Very Mercy Christmas.  My kids absolutely love the beautifully drawn illustrations and the overarching theme of the story which emphasizes how important it is to be kind to each other is perfect for the holiday season!

You can check out A Very Mercy Christmas here.

TOMY

Next up on my list of must-haves this year are Pop Up Pirate and Monster Treads Lightning Wheels Transformers Optimus Prime by TOMY.

Now that my boys are a bit older, they have really started to get into multi-player games that they can play together and they absolutely love the thrill of Pop Up Pirate! They take turns sliding the swords into the slots on the barrel until the pirate pops out and it catches them by surprise each time. If your little ones like fun, interactive games they will absolutely love Pop Up Pirate.

If you have any car lovers, the Monster Treads Lightning Wheels Transformers Optimus Prime would make an awesome gift idea! Not only is it modeled after the leader of the Transformers Autobot forces, but it’s also complete with light-up wheels that flash the faster it rolls. You can check out the Monster Treads Lightning Wheels Transformers Optimus Prime here.

St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital®

One important element that I try to instill in my little ones during the holidays is the importance of giving back. If this is an important holiday virtue that you’d like to pass along to your little ones, a great way to get involved is to join me this holiday season in supporting the life-changing mission of St. Jude. If you aren’t familiar with St. Jude, they are a Children’s Research Hospital and leader in defining how the world understands, treats, and defeats childhood cancer along with other life-threatening diseases.

Families at St. Jude never receive a bill for treatment, travel, housing, or food and by supporting St. Jude, you can play an important role in helping save more lives!

There are two ways you can show your support:

1. You can purchase one of these beautiful hand-blown glass ornaments that are inspired by artwork from St. Jude patients.

2. Purchase a gold St. Jude metal lapel pin with magnetic backing.

Stride Rite

As I mentioned earlier, I’m all about practical gifts for Christmas, and Stride Rite has always been my go-to for stylish footwear for my kids since they also promote healthy foot development.

The M2P Rainer Boot is my favorite for the boys right now. I absolutely love the design but I also love that they are made for play and the design from the rugged outdoor outsole to the lightweight non-marking material makes it perfect for any terrain.

The SM Ginny Mary Jane’s are absolutely adorable and currently my daughter’s favorite shoe to wear. If I had to guess, I’d say that the memory foam footbeds along with the sweet scalloped detail could be why. No matter the reason, they fit her feet perfectly and I’m pretty sure I’ll be buying them again in a bigger size once she outgrows the pair she has.

You can check out the M2P Rainer Boot and the SM Ginny Mary Jane along with a plethora of other amazing Stride Rite shoes a www.striderite.com. Be sure to use code BBRITE10 for $10 off $70 or more. Code valide rom 7/18/22-2/1/23.

There you have it!
