Christmas time is officially here! The tree is trimmed and you may even have a few blow-up Christmas decorations outside! But have you ever thought about ways that you can bring Christmas cheer into your bedroom?

Each year we adopt a cute little theme for our master bedroom and it’s probably one of my favorite Christmas traditions so far. We even let the kids join in on the fun and decorate their bedrooms too!

There are so many ways that you can bring Christmas into the bedroom but in case you aren’t sure where to start, I want to share three fail-safe Bedroom Christmas Decoration ideas that are sure to add a little Christmas cheer to any bedroom!

Before I get into the bedroom Christmas decor, I have to ask, are you getting a good nights’ sleep? I mean, you can have the most festive holiday bedroom, but what fun is that if you aren’t enjoying quality rest at night time?

Lull gifted my hubby and me with one of their premium memory foam mattresses in a box and we’ve been enjoying the most incredible sleep of our lives ever since!

Add A Little Twinkle

You can never, ever go wrong with Christmas lights.

Chances are you already have them on the tree and outside on the house so why not bring them into the bedroom as well!

The headboard is a great place to hang indoor Christmas lights. You can also hang them over your bed or over your bedroom door.

The possibilities are endless!

Pops Of Garland

The next best thing you can add to your bedroom this Christmas are a few pops of greenery!

Garland is perfect pretty much anywhere but for a few practical ideas, you can add it over the window in your bedroom, on your headboard or footboard, or over your door frame.

If you’re feeling really festive, you can always add a mini (or not so mini) Christmas tree to your bedroom and decorate it to your heart’s desire.

We always add mini Christmas trees to the kids’ bedrooms and let them choose which color ornaments they’d like to decorate their tree with.

Choose Christmas Colors

One of the easiest ways to add Christmas decorations to your bedroom is to incorporate Christmas colors.

While red and green are obvious choices, don’t forget colors like gold and silver.

There is no rule that you have to be traditional either! Feel free to spice it up and think outside of the box!

You can add Christmas colors in the form of a blanket, curtains, your comforter, bed sheets, and even cute Christmas stockings.

There you have it!
