While it definitely isn’t a 5 ingredient or less meal, it’s totally worth the extra few ingredients.

The buttery topping is the star of these biscuits! While they’re absolutely delicious right out of the oven, the buttery topping gives it that extra flavor that keeps you coming back for more.

Once you have all of your ingredients and have prepped your baking sheet with parchment paper, creating the dough is easy!

Simply combine all of your dry ingredients, mix well and then add in your wet ingredients. Then simply continue to mix until the dough forms.

Since the dough is pretty sticky, I use an ice cream scoop and a spoon to scoop out sound sections of the dough onto the parchment paper.

While the biscuits are baking, go ahead and prep the buttery topping so that you’re ready to brush it onto the biscuits as soon as the come out of the oven. Once you’ve brushed on your buttery topping simply serve and enjoy.
