Air Fryer Corn on the Cob with honey butter is one of the easiest side dishes to make and goes with just about anything!

This corn on the cob cooks perfectly in the air fryer and the honey butter adds just the right amount of sweetness to the corn!

My mother-in-law was kind enough to grab us some corn in the husk that we used for this recipe, but any store-bought corn on the cob works great! The preparation for this corn is so quick and easy and I’m positive that this will be a repeat recipe all summer long!

How To Prepare The Corn:

Once you have all of your ingredients, brush (or rub) your corn with oil. Combine the seasonings together and generously season each one with the seasoning mixture.

Once seasoned, pop your corn into the air fryer and cook at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. You can flip your corn over at the halfway mark but this definitely isn’t necessary. However, since every air-fryer is different, I recommend checking your corn at the 6-8 minute mark to monitor how it is cooking and to determine if you want to flip it.

PRO TIP: add a few chili flakes for an extra kick.

While the corn continues to cook, grab your honey and butter and begin to prepare your honey butter topping.

To prepare the honey butter sauce, heat your butter in the microwave for 20-30 seconds or until completely melted. Add your honey and mix until well combined.

Once your corn is done, remove it from the air fryer and brush (or pour), your honey butter sauce on the corn. Place your corn back in the air-fryer and cook at 400 degrees for an additional 2 minutes.

Remove your corn from the air fryer and sprinkle them with parsley (optional) for a final touch and enjoy!

Storage and Reheating Instructions:

How do I store air fryer corn on the cob?

To store the corn, place them in an airtight container & store them in the fridge for 2-3 days. I highly recommend using a glass container if possible, but no matter what container you use, make sure that it’s air-tight!

How do I reheat corn on the cob?

Thankfully this corn reheats extremely well and makes for a yummy snack or side dish the next day! However, you may want to whip up a bit more honey butter sauce once they are completely reheated.

Simply preheat your oven to 350 and wrap your corn in foil and bake for 8-10 minutes or until completely warmed through. You could also reheat your corn in the microwave! Place 1 piece of corn on a microwave-safe plate and place a damp paper towel on top of the corn. Heat for 25 seconds, flip the corn, and heat for an additional 30 seconds. Then top with any extra honey butter that you have.

Can I use frozen corn for air fryer corn on the cob?

You can totally use frozen corn in the air fryer for this recipe. The cooking time should remain the same, however, I do recommend cutting the corn into smaller pieces to ensure that it cooks thoroughly.
