This breakfast quiche with sausage and bacon has been a staple in our family for years and I’m so excited to share it with you guys! Anyone who knows me knows that I’m a devoted breakfast lover and to me, there is nothing better than having a delicious quiche pie for breakfast – especially when it has both bacon AND sausage. YUM!
My mom used to make this bacon sausage quiche for us all the time growing up and I’m so glad that I can make it for my family. It’s super quick (yup, that means pre-made pie crust), and is perfect for just about any occasion or simply just because.
We tend to enjoy this and my Overnight French Toast Casserole a lot during the holiday season so I figured now would be the perfect time to share this recipe with you guys. I have to warn you though, it does have more than 5 ingredients, (more like 7), but it’s totally worth it!
So in honor of the busy holiday season, I want to share this delicious Breakfast Quiche with sausage and bacon recipe with you guys. It’s easy to make and the best part is that it can be made in advance!
Here is what you need to make this bacon sausage quiche:
+ Deep Dish Pie Crusts
+ Mayo (just trust me here)
+ Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Making this bacon sausage quiche is super easy.
Once you preheat your oven, cook your sausage, and bacon (I like to use my air-fryer for this), drain, and set aside.
Next, combine your eggs, milk, and mayo and whisk until well combined.
Then add in your flour, sausage, bacon (crumbled), and shredded cheese and mix well!
Next, grab your deep-dish pie crusts (you can totally make them from scratch too), and add your mixture to each pie crust in equal parts.
Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until your pie crust is golden brown and/or a toothpick comes out clean.

- 2 Deep Dish Pie Crusts
- 1/2 Cup Mayo
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Cups of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Tbsp Flour
- 1lb Sausage (cooked)
- 6 Slices of Bacon (cooked)
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
- Cook your bacon and sausage, drain, and set aside to cool.
- In a large bowl combine milk, mayo, and eggs and whisk until well combined.
- Add in flour, cooked bacon and sausage, and shredded cheese and mix well.
- Next, divide the mixture evenly into each of the deep dish pie crusts.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until pie crust is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Remove from oven and let cool.
Cooking time may vary depending on oven.
