I’ll admit, I’m one of those people that fight the urge to put up their Christmas tree right after October 31st. That said, with a new little bundle of joy on the way and the holidays right around the corner, I’m looking for creative ways to enjoy my favorite holiday drinks – without the alcohol.

So for the past few weeks, I’ve been experimenting with my fair share of holiday mocktails and I can’t believe I haven’t jumped on the mocktail bandwagon sooner.

It wasn’t until I started experimenting with making mocktails that I realized that there are so many fun and festive flavor combinations that you can create!

Not to mention, now expecting moms like myself, and others who simply prefer not to drink alcohol can indulge in all of the holiday festivities.

This mocktail is best in an old fashioned glass or classic cocktail glass, but you can serve it in any glass you’d prefer. To create the mocktail, combine Torani Peppermint Syrup, cranberry juice, simple syrup, a dash of lemon juice, and club soda in a cocktail shaker. Add a handful of ice to the shaker and shake your mocktail up.

Pro Tip: Be careful because the pressure from the club soda can make the top fly off!

To garnish, add a handful of cranberries and a rosemary stem.
