Here’s what you need to make these Chicken Philly Sliders:

  • Kings Hawaiian Pretzel Slider Buns
  • Cooked, Shredded Chicken
  • Garlic Paste
  • Mayo
  • Onion
  • Green Bell Pepper
  • Provolone Cheese

While this recipe contains a little over my usual 5 ingredients, you can totally switch up the ingredients to make the sliders to your liking!

Once you have all of your ingredients, the prep for these Chicken Philly sliders is fairly simple. However, before you start there are a couple of steps to complete before assembling your sliders.

First, combine your garlic and mayo and set to the side. Next, dice your onion and bell pepper and saute in a small pan until tender and semi-carmelized.

Now it’s time to assemble the sliders.

Take your Hawaiian Pretzel Buns and remove the top half from the bottom. I love that they are already pre-cut so no need to worry about cutting them in half. Next, spread the bottom half with the garlic mayo mixture. Then add on your cooked, shredded chicken. I like to use my Instant Pot to make cooked shredded chicken in a pinch!

Once you’ve added your shredded chicken, spoon your onion and bell peppers on top. Next, add the sliced provolone cheese and place the top half of the buns back on top.

Place the sliders in your oven at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Once done, carefully remove the sliders from the oven, cut them into individual sliders and enjoy!

To store, place sliders in an airtight container & store them in the fridge for up to 2 days. I highly recommend using a glass container if possible, but no matter what container you use, make sure that it’s air-tight!

Just like that, you have delicious, easy Chicken Philly sliders on pretzel buns that the entire family will enjoy!
