  • Water

How to make The Sleepy Girl Mocktail:

First things first, grab your fanciest glass and set it aside. Next, add in your magnesium glycinate powder and water to a mason jar and mix well with a mini blender and set aside. Add ice to your fancy glass and pour in the magnesium mixture. Pour in the tart cherry juice and probiotic soda and gently stir. Garnish with Fresh Mint and enjoy about 30-60 minutes before bed.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Magnesium powder
  • 4–6 oz Water
  • 4 oz Tart cherry juice
  • A splash of Probiotic soda
  • Fresh mint, to garnish

Instructions

    1. Fill a glass with ice and set it aside. A pretty wine glass or tall glass works perfectly.
    2. In a separate glass, stir your magnesium powder into the water until fully dissolved.
    3. Add the mixture into the glass with ice, pour in the tart cherry juice, and give it a gentle stir.
    4. Top with a splash of probiotic soda..
    5. Garnish with fresh mint and enjoy about 30–60 minutes before bed.
