While pumpkins do make for awesome fall decor, pumpkins are also one of my favorite ingredients to bake with. You can literally add it to any recipe to give it that autumn touch, or you can opt to make it the star of the dish!

Prepping the Pumpkin Bread Batter
The thought of baking can be pretty overwhelming, especially during the fall and holiday season; however, this recipe is really simple and straight to the point.
Before you prepare your ingredients for the pumpkin bread batter, preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Lay a sheet of parchment paper in a loaf pan and set aside. You could also spray the loaf pan with a non-stick spray to prevent the pumpkin bread from sticking to the pan.
To prepare the batter for the pumpkin bread, measure out the correct amounts of each ingredient and separate your ingredients into ‘dry’ and ‘wet’ ingredients. Next, in a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients and whisk together until fully combined.
In a medium sized bowl, combine all of your wet ingredients and whisk until well combined. Then, simply add your wet ingredients to your dry mixture and fold them together until smooth.
Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan and bake in the oven for 50-55mins. I like to check at the 50 min mark by sticking a toothpick inside to see if it comes out clean. If it does, your Pumpkin Bread is done.
Preparing the Cream Cheese Icing
While the Pumpkin Bread is baking, I like to go ahead and tidy up my kitchen a little and when about 20 minutes are left, I begin to prepare the cream cheese icing.
One of my favorite ways to add in a little extra flavor to my cream cheese icing is by using International Delight Coffee Creamer. They have so many delicious flavors to choose from, but for this recipe, I decided to stick with classic flavors and utilized the International Delight French Vanilla Creamer.
Cream cheese is the star of this icing and it’s no secret that Philadelphia Cream Cheese is my go-to! Luckily. I can grab both International Delight French Vanilla Creamer and Philadelphia Cream Cheese in the refrigerated section at my local grocery store.
There are endless creative ways to use the products in the dairy aisle – from easy baking recipes like this one, to cooking, meal prep, making drinks and snacks.
Once you have all of your ingredients measured out, simply combine the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, cream cheese, butter, and French vanilla creamer with a hand or stand mixer, mix until all ingredients are combined and the icing is smooth.
Icing Your Pumpkin Bread
Once your Pumpkin Bread is done, remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.
Once cooled, remove the Pumpkin Bread from the loaf pan and remove the parchment paper. Place your bread on a flat surface and generously add the cream cheese icing to the top! Slice and enjoy!
The Pumpkin Bread can be stored in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 5 days. It’s not recommended to keep at room temperature due to the cream cheese icing.
There you have it!
Delicious Pumpkin Bread with Cream Cheese Icing that’s sure to be a hit at your next fall or holiday gathering!
