If your kids are anything like mine, you may find them rummaging through the kitchen as soon as they get home from school in search of the perfect after-school snack. Luckily, these easy Pizza Bagels take all the guesswork out of snack time!

These pizza bagels are ready from start to finish in less than 10 minutes and are made with refrigerated delicious bagels! I definitely recommend that you use bagels that are kept refrigerated because they always come out with the perfect texture, making them the perfect ‘crust’ for our Air Fryer Pizza Bagels.

This recipe is perfect for picky eaters and busy moms alike! Be sure to check out these Toddler Meal Ideas for more easy kid-friendly recipes!

These Air Fryer Pizza Bagels are also 5 ingredients or less, and you can easily make it your own by switching up the toppings. I like to keep it simple with pepperoni and mozzarella cheese but you can totally make these pizza bagels your own by adding whatever toppings your kids enjoy most!

So without further ado, here is what you need to make these yummy Air Fryer Pizza Bagels:

  • Refigerated Bagels
  • Pepperoni Slices
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Pizza Sauce
  • Olive Oil
  • Oregano (optional)
  • Basil (optional)

Once you have all of your ingredients prepped and ready to go, assembling these Pizza Bagels is pretty easy! This is also the perfect recipe if your kiddos like to be hands-on in the kitchen – they’ll love building their own bagel!

How To Assemble The Pizza Bagels:

To start, brush each bagel with olive oil and for that classic pizza flavor, you can also sprinkle a little basil and oregano (totally optional though). Next, add your pizza sauce and spread it around evenly onto the bagel. Be sure not to use too much pizza sauce as it’ll make your bagel watery! Next, add your mozzarella cheese and your favorite toppings!

PRO TIP:

Add another layer of mozzarella cheese on top of your toppings for an extra cheesy pizza bagel!

How To Air Fry The Pizza Bagels:

Once your bagels are assembled, prep your air fryer with non-stick spray. While the bagels don’t tend to stick, the toppings could fall through the middle and stick to the bottom. Plus it helps to make the bottom of the bagels crispy!

Next, place into the air fryer basket and air fry at 360 degrees for 6 minutes. It’s always a good idea to check in halfway through since every air fryer is different. If you’re in the market for a new air fryer, this one by Ninja is my absolute favorite!

Once done, remove from air fryer and allow to cool for 5 minutes and enjoy!

There you have it! Quick and easy Pizza Bagels made in the air fryer! The perfect hearty, yet healthful snack and even make a great appetizer!

Made with only a few ingredients, these pizza bagels are always an after school hit!
