Spring is officially here and it’s time to indulge in all the refreshing spring drinks, cocktails, mocktails, and all things coffee! If you’ve been a long-time reader of the blog then you know there is a HIGH chance that I may turn this into a series – so stay tuned!
I recently created a designated space in our kitchen for all of our coffee and beverage needs and it has been a complete game-changer for us! So today I’ll be sharing the four essentials you need to have at your home drink station as well as a few ways that you can make it your own!
Syrups and Sweeteners
The first must-have at your drink station is a variety of syrups and sweeteners! Whether you’re brewing a fresh mug of coffee, preparing a yummy mocktail, or planning to enjoy a cup of tea, syrups, and sauces are an amazing way to elevate your beverages and give you the option to continuously switch up and spice up some of your favorites.
There are a ton of amazing syrup brands like Torani and Jordan’s Skinny Syrups. Both offer a wide variety of flavors and even have sugar-free options! Torani also has some delicious sauces that are a wonderful complement to coffee.

Counter Nugget Ice Maker
Aside from the mug and/or glass that you choose for your beverage, the most important part of a home drink station, and the one thing that really tied ours together was a countertop nugget ice maker!
I’ll be the first to admit that not all ice is created equal. Besides, we all know that the ice cubes and crushed ice we can get from our fridges just aren’t really aesthetically pleasing. While I know you can just buy ice cube trays, we all know that drinks taste better when you have the ‘good ice’.

Mugs and Glassware
I like to refer to myself as a coffee mug connoisseur and it’s safe to say that is also trickling into the realm of glassware as well. I’m one of those people that likes to rotate my favorite cups or mugs and I’ve found that it’s easier to have the mugs and glassware at your drink station for easy access.
You can always switch them out depending on what you are making or even depending on the season. These are my favorite mugs at the moment and I found a similar version of these chic glasses at TJ Maxx.
Decor
Last but not least is the decor! Decor is the final touch needed to truly make your drink station your own! I love fresh flowers and faux greenery to bring the area to life.
You can also spruce it up with wall art or even a cute mug holder. If you really would like to elevate the look and overall aesthetic of your beverage station, you could get these gorgeous syrup dispensers. A few other honorable mentions are stirring spoons and a handheld coffee frother.
Mini Fridge and/or Wine Fridge
While not totally necessary, a great addition to any home beverage station is a mini-fridge or wine fridge.
